iSourceMortgages is an app for use by UK mortgage advisers who are authorised by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) to give mortgage advice. Brokers need to register to use this app and provide details of their FSA registration. The app provides the ability for the mortgage adviser to source mortgages from the whole of the UK; provides a range of calculators for the mortgage broker to demonstrate the expected costs for the chosen mortgage; and includes the ability for the mortgage broker to submit an enquiry which can then be used to further the client’s mortgage request.
